What skycrate provides

skycrate is a free dashboard combining astronomical calculations, space-weather data, and news feeds — for informational and hobbyist use, not navigation, safety-critical decisions, or professional/scientific work.

No warranty

Data is provided "as is." Astronomical calculations (planet positions, rise/set times, moon phase) are highly accurate; forecasts (weather, aurora, ISS visibility) are less certain and can be wrong, especially further out. Always check the actual sky before relying on anything shown here.

News headlines and summaries link to their original publishers, who retain all rights to their content. skycrate doesn't claim ownership of any linked article, image, or dataset.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, try to bypass rate limits, or use it for anything unlawful.
